Restful sleep

Julie's Goal

Julie's clinician initially started on estrogen cream to help with her interrupted sleep, but Julie was having a hard time remembering to apply it each day. She and her clinician decided to switch to a weekly patch at her next check-in - she's back on track and is already starting to notice better sleep quality.

More energy

Jeff's Goal

Jeff is taking Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) after learning he has high CRP levels, signaling inflammation and resulting in fatigue. After 3 months on LDN, he's not only feeling much more energetic, but his blood test showed that his CRP levels were back to a healthy range.

Weight loss

Erica's Goal

Erica started GLP-1 medication to help get her weight back into a healthy range after having 2 kids. In addition to monitoring her medication, Erica's clinician supported her through developing and sticking to an exercise regimen.

Muscle tone

Tom's Goal

After starting hormone therapy to help with thyroid-related muscle weakness, Tom noticed he was feeling more fatigued than usual. His clinician explained that this is a temporary side effect, and suggested IV Drip therapy to boost energy until his body adjusts.
