Why you'll love it

Glutathione is the master antioxidant of our bodies. It’s essential for maintaining a healthy immune system, building and repairing tissue in the body, and protecting your body from cell damage caused by free radicals.

Glutathione levels decline as we age. By replenishing your supply in a quick and convenient injection, your body can become more resilient to stress and illness.

What it treats

  • Immunity

  • Stress

  • Inflammation

Common Questions

How will this injection help me?
Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant responsible for cleaning up oxidative damage in our cells. Whether you’ve been sick lately or dealing with emotional stressors, replenishing glutathione levels can prepare your body to fight off inflammation and feel better faster.
How often should I get this injection?
We typically recommend getting an injection once per week, but your clinician can give you a personalized recommendation based on your unique situation. Most people start to see results after 4 shots, though some begin to see them sooner.
If you previously completed an IV therapy protocol that includes glutathione (such as our Stress IV drip), glutathione shots are a great way to maintain your levels after you stop getting IV drips regularly.
Are there any side effects?
Glutathione injections are considered to be very safe and have no major side effects.
After getting your shot, you may have some pain, swelling or itching where your injection was given. However, this is typically mild and will wear off quickly.
What’s the difference between this and the Stress IV Drip?
Our Stress IV Drip includes a high dose of Vitamin C, which helps fight fatigue and reduce inflammation, while our Stress Injection solely contains glutathione.
Both options can help with immunity boosting and reduction of inflammation; however the Stress IV has more of a proven research base to support its effects on reducing inflammation.
The ingredients in the Stress IV are also absorbed more efficiently than injections, leading to faster and often more potent effects.
The treatment experience is also much different. During an IV drip appointment, the nutrients are delivered via IV in a relaxing session that lasts 45-60 minutes. Our vitamin injection appointments are much quicker and may be better for someone who is short on time.

I am in my 30s and have been dealing with aging for the past couple of years and have been going to a Med Spa in UES so I decided to check them out. She did a fabulous job on my cheek fillers and the different was night and day immediately after the treatment. Definitely returning here without a question.

Such a delightful experience. The space is absolutely gorgeous and serene. My specialist made me feel completely comfortable throughout my first Botox treatment. I felt great when I walked out and am excited to come back for a hormone panel and future skin treatments.

I had a great experience at Modern Age. Clinicians at other places can be curt and rush you through everything — that doesn’t happen at MA. They even had a special vibrating tool to help distract me from the Botox shots going in! This place exudes luxury and science. I will definitely be going back!!

I loved my experience at Modern Age! I got the NAD+ IV treatment and I felt incredible after. I had more energy, brighter skin, and mental clarity. Plus, the staff and studio space were bright, clean, and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back for my next treatment!

I had a great experience here. I have tried places like this in the past that felt pushy but Modern Age was not. The clinical staff here were extremely knowledgeable and kind. The space itself was beautiful and relaxing. I had micro needling done and am thrilled with the results already. Highly recommend!
